FACILITIES

The units are either turnkey or furnished by local companies.

The turnkey personnel units are equipped with attractive wooden and tiled floors. The modern bathrooms have a toilet, a washbasin and shower facilities with corresponding fittings. In the foyer, there is also a door intercom system with postbox including a locking system for the individual units.

The completely furnished units have a well equipped kitchen with Ceran cooktop and refrigerator and in some cases a dishwasher and kitchen cabinets. The bedroom has a wardrobe and bed including all necessary bedding accessories. The living room has a cosy feel and is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, curtains and a 55“ flat screen TV. Everything is prepared for the connection of a high-speed wifi modem.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Heating as well as hot water supply will be provided by a heat-pump system in combination with a photovoltaic system installed on the roof of the building. Thus, lowest energy costs are to be expected.
The entire building will be equipped with a hot water-based floor heating system with single-room controls.
Every unit has an apartment transfer station for warm water supply which is also used for the settlement of the costs for hot-water consumption.

MISCELLANEOUS:

Washing machines and dryers in the common room may be used for a fee. Every apartment has its own parking place, either in the underground parking or in the parking-lot, as well as a cellar compartment.
There is a bicycle room in the basement for communal use and there is also a bicycle parking in front of the building.

Of course, the building is equipped with a modern elevator system from the basement to the top floor.
